Selecting files and drawings in the Browser

Using the Browser, you can:

Select a single file by clicking on it.

Select a range of files by dragging over them.

Add unselected files to your selection by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on them.

Remove selected files from your selection by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on them.

To select drawings in a file, first select the file by clicking on it. Then select the drawings in the same way as above. There are also two menu entries you can use:

Choose Edit > Select Unprocessed to select all unprocessed drawings in the currently selected file.

Choose Edit > Select All to select all drawings in the currently selected file.

The context-sensitive menus

Each list in the Browser window has a context-sensitive menu, which you can access by holding down the right mouse button over the selected part of the list. These menus are duplicated on the main menu, as Tools > Files and Tools > Drawings.

To use these menus:

Select the relevant files or drawings.
